Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Product descriptions and imagery are as accurate as possible — slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen differences or batch variation in natural ingredients.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Orders are confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, in the case of pricing errors or suspected fraud).

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Terra Sol does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We offer:

• A full refund for items returned unused and in original packaging
• Store credit or a replacement for items damaged in transit (photo required)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Skin Sensitivity & Disclaimers

Terra Sol products are formulated with natural ingredients. We recommend patch testing before full use, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional if needed.
