Shipping Policy

We want your Balm do Sol to arrive quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for updates on the homepage to be notified when we expand.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, in the case of damage, a photo of the item and packaging. We'll make it right.

Terra Sol is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then reach out to us.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

Tallow & Temperature

Balm do Sol is made with natural tallow and may soften or melt in high heat during transit, particularly in summer months. This does not affect the quality or efficacy of the product — simply place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to re-solidify. We recommend choosing expedited shipping during warmer months if you're concerned.
